Hardware Buyback: Submit your inventory list in advance to receive competitive per-unit pricing. We purchase your decommissioned equipment to help you recover value from your assets.
Detailed Inventory Recording: Comprehensive documentation of brand, model, asset tags, serial numbers, and hard drive serials for accurate tracking.
Secure Hard Drive Disposal: Choose from physical shredding (with Certificates of Destruction) or secure data wiping (Certificates of Erasure), following industry-recognized standards.
E-Waste Recycling Bins: Convenient collection bins provided for onsite accumulation of electronics. Once full, schedule a free pickup and bin replacement. Certificates of Recycling are issued for all processed electronics to support your ESG and sustainability reporting.
Hard Drive Erasure And Destruction
As part of the decommissioning process, Cosmo Computers LLC offers professional hard drive data wiping and physical destruction services. We follow industry-recognized data sanitization standards, including multi-pass wipes, to ensure complete data security.
You can choose from the following options:
Certificates of Erasure or Destruction – Provided for all processed hard drives, confirming secure data elimination or physical destruction.
Detailed Inventory Tracking – Serial number logging for full traceability of all devices processed.
Product Destruction Services – Secure destruction of proprietary materials, prototypes, or confidential hardware.
